What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply visit our Returns Portal to start your request. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear are final sale.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Can I track my order in real-time?
